Higher levels survive scratches, dirt and logos better, but make the code denser. Medium suits most uses; choose High for logos or outdoor print.

Your QR code is generated on this device. What you type isn’t sent to Ziqeno.

Your QR code will appear here as you type.

Scan your code with a phone before you print or publish it.

    Choose how the map opens

    • Google Maps link: works on every phone. It opens the Google Maps app when it’s installed and the Google Maps website otherwise. This is the best default.
    • Apple Maps link: opens Apple Maps on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Other devices open it in a browser.
    • geo: link: a standard format that lets Android users pick any installed map app. iPhones don’t handle geo: links reliably, so use it only when you know your audience.

    Coordinates or an address?

Coordinates point to an exact spot, such as a side entrance, a meeting point in a park or a pin on a large campus. An address is easier to fill in but depends on the map service interpreting it correctly. Coordinates are more precise when you have them.

To find coordinates, right-click a spot in Google Maps on a computer (or press and hold it on a phone) and copy the numbers shown. You can also select “Use my current location”. Your browser asks for permission first, and the location is only used to fill in the form.

    Good uses

Event invitations, wedding signage, hotel and rental check-in instructions, field equipment locations and delivery entrances.
