Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026. By using ziqeno.net you agree to these terms.
The service
Ziqeno provides free online tools to create, customize, scan and decode QR codes. The tools run in your browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
Your QR codes
You may use the QR codes you create for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, without attribution. Ziqeno claims no ownership of your codes or their content. Because codes are static, they keep working independently of Ziqeno.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you encode and for where you publish your codes.
- Don’t use Ziqeno to create codes that lead to malware, phishing, fraud or other unlawful content, or that infringe others’ rights.
- Only add logos and images you have the right to use.
- Test your codes before printing or distributing them, especially in large quantities. Scanning results depend on printing, materials, size, design and the scanning device.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt the website, overload it with automated requests, or interfere with its advertising or security.
Scanning and decoding
The scanner and decoder show the content of QR codes but can’t verify that websites or other destinations are safe. Decide carefully before opening links from codes you don’t trust.
No warranty
Ziqeno is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we don’t guarantee that every code will scan in every situation, or that the website will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziqeno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from printed materials, codes that don’t scan, incorrect content entered by users, or destinations reached through QR codes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
The website uses third-party services, including Google AdSense for advertising and Web3Forms for the contact form, which have their own terms. QR codes may open third-party services such as maps or messaging apps.
Trademarks
QR Code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated. WhatsApp, Google Maps and Apple Maps are trademarks of their respective owners. Ziqeno isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
